About Claire

Claire's earliest memory of performing was in her living room dancing to a Tchaikovsky CD for her family. She has been hooked ever since. In an effort to be just like her big sister, Claire began ballet classes, which blossomed into a passion that led Claire to pursue ballet professionally. At age 16, she moved away from home to train with The Washington School of Ballet in Washington DC under the direction of Xiomara Reyes,  Rinat Imaev, and Julie Kent. All along, a passion for theatre lay under the surface. Her favorite part of ballet was acting and storytelling--so why not become an actor? As a senior in high-school, Claire decided she would take a gap year and audition for BFA theatre programs.

Claire landed at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio to pursue her BFA in Acting with a Dance Minor. While studying at Otterbein, she grew  as an actor and singer and continued her rigorous dance training. Otterbein gave Claire the opportunity to perform in a variety of plays and musicals, and she is more confident than ever in her decision to pursue theatre of all kinds.

In her free time, Claire enjoys long walks in nature, calling her mom and her sisters, and making eggs and avocado toast with coffee for breakfast. She has a big orange cat named Julius and will do absolutely anything to pet a cat although she is allergic.

Claire recently moved to NYC to pursue theatre and is excited for what the future holds!
